Founder
Shawn Rao
Shawn was drawn to real estate since his childhood. As a child, Shawn would accompany his grandfather to visit properties in their family portfolio. Later in his teens, Shawn would be tasked with collecting rent from their rental properties. In the 1990s, when Shawn moved to the US, he bought his first property on the east coast.
Since then, Shawn has been involved with a variety of real estate deals from Hawaii to the east coast and has interacted with his network of high-net-worth individuals for fund raising.
