Shawn’s Bio

Shawn was drawn to real estate since his childhood. As a child, Shawn would accompany his grandfather to visit properties in their family portfolio. Later in his teens, Shawn would be tasked with collecting rent from their rental properties. In the 1990s, when Shawn moved to the US, he bought his first property on the east coast.

Since then, Shawn has been involved with a variety of real estate deals from Hawaii to the east coast and has interacted with his network of high-net-worth individuals for fund raising. After Shawn invested in Hawaii, he was introduced to successful fund managers. His interactions with this community culminated in Shawn launching his own real estate fund.

FUND STRATEGY

Zenith Capital Fund has a multi-pronged strategy to grow investor funds across a variety of high growth asset classes. While the Fund has immediate access to land development, office to condo conversions, renovations and flips in Honolulu, we are also evaluating commercial real estate in California that yields above average rent from franchisee tenants. In addition to these opportunities, the Fund is seeking new emerging opportunities in the data center boom created by AI spending from tech giants such as Amazon, NVIDIA, Microsoft and Google.

Zenith Capital Fund will leverage its founder’s extensive network to pursue new greenfield opportunities that it deems attractive. The Company may make investments in all 50 U.S. States or outside of the United States. The length of each Investment varies. Some Investments will remain liquid and some are projected to be illiquid for years from Investment start date.
